The Therapeutic Journey

My Story
My therapeutic journey began with a National Diploma in Social Care and BA in Counselling and Ethics, followed by Level 5 Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy certification, leading me to develop an integrated approach combining hypnotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapy.
Years of teaching internationally revealed how anxiety manifests differently across cultures and contexts, teaching me that each person's relationship with anxiety is entirely unique based on their personal history and cultural background.
I offer flexible therapy settings—online, in-person, or nature-based outdoors—because I believe the therapeutic space should feel right for each individual.
My practice is collaborative, culturally sensitive, and tailored to meet each client's specific needs, using both evidence-based techniques and deeper relaxation methods to create lasting change within their own personal and cultural context.
Naomi has been a brilliant presence during a difficult time, and I am really grateful for our time together
A.T.
Naomi was warm, engaging and incredibly supportive throughout our sessions. I absolutely adored the hypnosis element paired with CBT. Outstanding!
K.M.
I think Naomi was very clear in explaining the therapy and what we needed to do. Naomi was easy to talk to, which put me at ease and allowed me to open up and trust her.
V.P.
Naomi had great listening skills, every session built up on what was said previously, remembered what was happening and followed up on that. Therapist was warm and invested and honest.
